Camel Hump Analysis
  PATHANAL makes it easy to fine tune diversity antenna coverage by providing camel hump analysis. As this example shows, for K of 1.33 the signal from both the diversity antenna and the primary antenna are peaking at the same time. Optimally one would design for the opposite situation, where the diversity signal covers the primary.
 
In this example, lowering the diversity antenna height at Site B gives us a peak signal on the primary when the diversity antenna is in a fade. For more information on camel hump analysis refer to the National Institute of Standards and Technology Technical Note 101.
