| This example depicts the potential importance of high-resolution data when generating path profiles. Notice how the signal is blocked in the profile generated with 30-meter data. Not every profile requires 30-meter data, but if your path crosses hilly or mountainous terrain it's nice to know you have the choice. Even if your path is in an area without complete 30-meter coverage, Micropath 2001 will generate your profile using a combination of 30-meter and 3-second (90-meter) terrain data. |
